A BP grade of Assam manufactured by the CTC method (crush, tear, curl). Brews full and dark with deep, malty notes that hint at cooked berries and bread dough. Established in 1884, the Namdang Tea Company was a part of the Assam Railways & Trading Company. The estate has 2 divisions, Namdang and Namtok, lying in the south of the Dehind river and north of the Patkai range of hills.
