A remarkable rock tea which brews smooth and sweet with distinct dried fruit notes, such as grapefruit and peach.

The plantations are situated in the Phoenix Mountains at a high elevation of around 1300m in the north of Guangdong Province. Tea is grown surrounded by forest and immersed in mist and cloud for much of the year.

One of the best teas I’ve had. Really strong peach flavour for me, also sweet.

Very smooth with a light, refreshing tartness. The pleasant taste is well rounded with evocations of pastries and baked sweets with fruit notes similar to Japanese white peaches. Picked from wild trees, this Shan Cha (mountain) tea has a distinctive, pleasant honey aroma.
