This lightly oxidized oolong, also called pouchong, brews a light golden cup; smooth and sweet with floral-fruity notes of honey and cream.

Grown in the Pinglin county of Northern Taiwan, Baozhong translates as “the wrapped kind”, referring to the way in which the tea was traditionally wrapped in paper to be dried and roasted.
